Solution/Approach

Healthcare Journey is a Telehealth platform, for which we developed a bundle of HIPAA-compliant features based on evolving user requests, continually balancing between doctors, patients, and product requirements.
Doctors and patients can access the appointment management system to book, reschedule or cancel appointments online, manage patients’ data (upload X-Rays, for example), and build a doctor’s profile with expertise and experience.
